Career
Anne-Manuelle Gaillet is an Italian and French business lawyer specialized in M&A, joint ventures and other strategic growth and restructuring transactions, particularly in the mid-cap sector, with a strong experience in cross border transactions between France and Italy. In addition she has a particular experience in the field of corporate compliance both as consultant and member of supervisory bodies for the Italian subsidiaries of international groups.
Anne-Manuelle Gaillet also acts as counsel and arbitrator in national and international litigation and arbitration. She has significant experience in the commercial real estate sector, assisting French and Italian retail and luxury groups with their development in Italy and France. Since 2015, she has been listed in Chambers Global as a Foreign Expert in the Corporate M&A category for Italy and France.

- Advised a French group among the largest European players in the staff leasing, recruitment and human resources services sector in the acquisition of an Italian group of four Italian companies with reinvestment by the sellers in the acquisition vehicle.
- Advise on the sale of an Italian company in the industrial bottling machinery sector to a company belonging to an Italian private equity fund, with reinvestment by the sellers in the acquiring parent company.
- Advised a French group in the composite materials distribution sector in the acquisition of an Italian company with a foreign subsidiary.
- Assistance to a French company belonging to a French investment fund in the healthcare sector in a build-up operation involving the acquisition of an Italian company in the same sector.
- Advised a subsidiary of a French family-owned publishing and media group on the acquisition of an Italian production company.
- Advised a French group in the frozen food consignments sector on the acquisition of two Italian companies.
Assistance to a chemical-sector company in a case involving attempted misappropriation of trade secrets and comprehensive review of the legal instruments protecting confidentiality and industrial property.
- Assistance to several companies following business-email-compromise frauds, including all necessary actions to recover misappropriated funds.

She is a Knight of the National Order of Merit of the French Republic. Since 2006 she has been Vice-President of the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Milan.
