CastaldiPartners Advises Arti Grafiche Reggiane & LAI in the acquisition of the Sitco Groupe in France

CastaldiPartners advised FAG ARTIGRAFICHE, a subsidiary of ARTI GRAFICHE REGGIANE & LAI, in its acquisition of the French subsidiary of the SITCO GROUPE, active in the production and commercialisation of cardboard display units.  This was the second acquisition undertaken by the Italian group in France as part of its internationalisation strategy.

The CastaldiPartners team, led by Gaspare Dori, comprised amongst others Cécile Coppis who dealt with employment law issues and Lisa Alice Julien who dealt with corporate issues. FAG ARTIGRAFICHE’s financial advisers were Group Cariparma Crédit Agricole. The financial due diligence was carried out by a team from Mazars France led by Luc Marty.
