CastaldiPartners with Apave in the acquisition of CND Service Controlli Non Distruttivi

CastaldiPartners advised Apave, a French multinational with over 150 years of experience, specialising in technical, environmental, human and digital risk management, on the acquisition of CND Service Controlli Non Distruttivi, an Italian company based in Rome, with expertise in non-destructive testing, heat treatment, failure analysis and life assessment.

CastaldiPartners team assisted Apave on the Italian legal aspects, with a cross-border team led and coordinated by Gaspare Dori and Riccardo Gotti Tedeschi, composed of Margherita Luppi, Alessandra Esposito Franciosi and Irene Malusà as far as the transaction structuring and implementation.
