CastaldiPartners with OVHcloud

CastaldiPartners assisted the French group OVHcloud, listed on the Euronext market of the Paris Stock Exchange, in its first real estate acquisition in Italy. OVHcloud has acquired a large industrial site in Inverno e Monteleone (Italy), which has been used for several years as a data centre and which, thanks to its new owner, will be further developed.

CastaldiPartners worked with OVHcloud's Corporate Legal Department, led by Samia Allouache, and assisted OVHcloud with a team led by Gaspare Dori and composed of Andrea Campilungo, Irene Malusà and Alessandra Esposito Franciosi.
