Incontri di via Savona on Whistleblowing

As part of the Incontri di via Savona, on 21 September Alessia Oddone Wales, Partner at CastaldiPartners, and Federico Ubertis, Consultant at CastaldiPartners, will leed  an in-person and livestream meeting on the topic of Whistleblowing, with a particular focus on the balance of what companies have done to date, after the approval of the Italian decree, and what they will have to do by December.

Alessia Oddone Wales and Federico Ubertis will discuss the most important issues that have already arisen, including from employment law, and will propose concrete and pragmatic solutions, both for the improvement of existing Whistleblowing programs and for the creation of new ones.
