Gaspare Dori has been a partner at CastaldiPartners since 2008, specializing in Corporate/M&A, real estate, and commercial contracts. He has advised on nearly two hundred acquisitions—including real estate transactions—and joint ventures, primarily in cross-border deals between Italy and France. His expertise extends beyond these markets, as he has also guided M&A transactions in Germany, Spain, the UK, Russia, India, Switzerland, and the United States.
Career
Gaspare’s clientele consists exclusively of companies, ranging from large multinational corporations to mid-sized and small enterprises, with a particular focus on commercial relationships between Italy and France. In addition to his advisory work, he is a lecturer at Paris X - Nanterre, where he teaches two courses: Comparative Contract Law between France and Italy (M1) and Strategy and Technique of M&A (M2).
He also serves as a consultant for various M&A organizations and training centers in both Italy and France. As a recognized expert in the field, he regularly delivers lectures and speeches on M&A-related topics and contributes articles on the subject.
