An Italian Avvocato with a double degree in French and Italian Law obtained at the Università di Trento and at the Université Sorbonne Paris Nord, Irene Malusà mainly works with the M&A, Corporate&Commercial and Compliance teams of CastaldiPartners.

Career

Before joining CastaldiPartners, Irene gained relevant experience in Civil Law, IP law and Commercial Law, both as a counsellor and a litigator, in the public and in the private sector alike. Before joining CastaldiPartners, she extended her expertise by attending a Post-Graduate Master in Antitrust Law, Big Data & Privacy.

She works in French, English and Italian.
