Castaldi Mourre & Partners with the Group Arti Grafiche Reggiane and Lai in the acquisition of IDD in France

Castaldi Mourre & Partners assisted FAG Artigrafiche, a company of the Group Arti Grafiche Reggiane & Lai, in the acquisition of the French company IDD, active in the production of promotional displays. This is the first operation of internationalisation for the Italian group, one of the leading companies in the field of paper technology.

The team of the firm Castaldi Mourre & Partners, led by Gaspar Dori, consisted of Elisabeth Biget, Francesca Bologna, Alessandra Donati and Camille Gibert. Moreover, Roberto Schiesari of the firm Schiesari & Associati advised the Group Arti Grafiche Reggiane on financial and fiscal matters. The sellers were assisted by Arnaud Legrand, GLH & Associés.
