Castaldi Mourre & Partners assisted the Italian group Laviosa Chimica Mineraria in the consolidation of its shareholding and in the revision of trade agreements with Zhejiang Hongyu New Materials Co. Ltd., a Chinese company active in the field of bentonite. The Laviosa Group, European leader in the research and treatment of bentonite and other clay minerals, is not only present in China but also in Spain, in France, in Turkey and in India, and continues to strengthen its international presence. The operation was leaded by Steven Sprague, co-head of the M & A group of Castaldi Mourre & Partners, in collaboration with Margarita Yao from YS Law firm.
