CastaldiPartners with Gazechim Composites

CastaldiPartners advised Gazechim Composites Group in the acquisition of a majority stake in Lavesan, an important Italian player that produces and markets resins, gel coats, binder pastes and glass fibre reinforcements, from the owner families Benedetti and Corazzin.

As part of this transaction, CastaldiPartners advised Gazechim Composites Group with a team led by Anne-Manuelle Gaillet and composed by Irene Malusà and Margherita Luppi for corporate M&A and by Sarah Barutti and Caterina Zerbi for employment law aspects.
