CastaldiPartners with ICOP S.p.A. in the sale of Logistica Giuliana to Hhla

CastaldiPartners has assisted Icop S.p.A., a benefit company, among the main European operators in the field of microtunneling, in the sale of Logistica Giuliana, a concessionaire of areas in the Port of Trieste, to the German group Hamburger Hafen und Logistik AG (Hhla), a leading company in Europe in the field of port logistics.

The agreements include, within the framework of a public-private partnership, the development of the project for the new Pier 8, for the construction of which ICOP is a candidate, thus continuing its activity in the construction of maritime infrastructure in the Port of Trieste.

The CastaldiPartners team was composed of Enrico Castaldi, Steven Sprague, Alessia Oddone Wales, Monica Moretti and Giulio Berrino.
