CastaldiPartners with the Antares Group for its first hotel in Paris

Gaspare Dori and Lisa Alice Julien of CastaldiPartners assisted the Antares group, holding company of the Calligaris family, in the acquisition of a luxury hotel in Paris, in the Arc de Triomphe area, owned by the companies MSJ CHALGRIN and MON HOTEL, as well as in the real estate financing transaction with Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank and CA Indosuez Wealth (Europe). The building is managed by the Spanish group ROOM MATE which has a consolidated presence in Europe. The ANTARES Group holds a diversified real estate portfolio which mainly includes luxury hotels and office buildings; this acquisition constitutes the Group's first foreign investment.

The ANTARES group was also assisted by the notary firm Les Notaires du Quai Voltaire and in particular by Adrien Berchebru de Foucaud. The sellers were assisted by the notary firm Sfez and the banks by the notary office Lasaygues.
