CastaldiPartners with the Boggi Group

Camille Gibert, Edouard Billemaz and Sara Venturini of CastaldiPartners have successfully represented BOGGI Milano in a dispute concerning commercial leases during a health crisis. In an unprecedented decision, the Cour d'Appel of Paris confirmed the judgment released by the Ordinary Court of Paris by way of summary judgment (Référé), which suspended the enforcement of the bank guarantee on first demand by the landlord concerning rent arrears.

This judgment represents new case law in this area.
