CastaldiPartners with the Unidro group in the sale to the Saur group

Pietro Orzalesi and Nicolò Nisi of CastaldiPartners assisted the selling shareholders of the Unidro group in the acquisition by the French group Saur.

Unidro designs and manufactures industrial water treatment systems with specific focus on advanced technologies, applying high level engineering standards. It is a well-known supplier in the Oil & Gas, petrochemical and energy sectors. With 120 employees and an annual turnover of 40 million Euro, it serves customers worldwide.
