CastaldiPartners with the VLAD Group

CastaldiPartners advised the VLAD Group, a leading French manufacturer of batteries for the medical sector, on the acquisition, through the group holding company Amorgos 3, of the Italian firm Guido Ammirata, a leader in the Italian market for the distribution of lamps and lighting solutions, in particular for hospitals. The transaction was carried out with the support of the private equity fund Turenne Santé, which accompanied VLAD during its build-up in Italy, and Bpifrance.

As part of this transaction, CastaldiPartners assisted VLAD Group with a team led by Anne-Manuelle Gaillet and composed of Anna Lisa Sepich and Margherita Luppi.
