CastaldiPartners with Kiloutou for its expansion in Italy

Pietro Orzalesi and Lisa-Alice Julien of CastaldiPartners advised Kiloutou Group in the acquisition of Elevo, a leading company in the rental of aerial platforms and telescopic handlers in the Bergamo, Brescia and Milan areas. Following the acquisition of Cofiloc & Euronol in July 2017, Kiloutou continues its expansion in Italy with this new acquisition which allows it to strengthen its presence on the Milan-Venice strategic axis in Northern Italy.
