CastaldiPartners with S.A.L.P. S.p.A.

SALP, an Italian company from Friuli and one of the main operators in the construction and maintenance of gas pipelines, has concluded a settlement agreement with an important Italian banking group. The agreement, relating to a factoring relationship, is part of the construction of the French "Artère de l'Adour" gas pipeline.

SALP was assisted by Enrico Castaldi and Andrea Campilungo, from CastaldiPartners. The bank was assisted by Cristiano Ruspi, of Giovanardi Potosching and Associati.
