CastaldiPartners with Safic-Alcan for the acquisition of Luigi & Felice Castelli and Castelli Food

CastaldiPartners, with a team composed of Gaspare Dori, Pietro Orzalesi, Lisa-Alice Julien, Nicolò Nisi and Sarah Barutti, assisted Safic-Alcan, a leading distributor of specialty chemicals, in the acquisition of Luigi & Felice Castelli S.p.A. and a majority stake in Castelli Food S.p.A., handling the corporate and employment law aspects.

The sellers were assisted by Antonio Pedersoli, Luca Saraceni and Olivia Fiorenza of Pedersoli Law Firm. The financial aspects of the transaction were handled by Long Term Partners, with Dr. Angelo Catapano, for the Sellers and by Mazars, with Luc Marty and Alessandro Motta, for the Buyer
