CastaldiPartners and PwC Legal with Conserve Italia

Enrico Castaldi of CastaldiPartners and Filippo Zucchinelli of PwC Legal advised Conserve Italia in connection with the debt restructuring in, and the sale of the controlling interest of, the French company St Mamet, in which Conserve Italia is a minority shareholder. The majority interest is being acquired by the Hivest Capital investment fund.

Conserve Italia, an agricultural cooperative, is a leading player in the European preserved vegetable and fruit sector and is the owner of the Valfrutta, Derby e Cirio trademarks. St Mamet is one of the leading French producers of fruit compotes.
