CastaldiPartners : Firm of the Year in Restructuring

CastaldiPartners received the Le Fonti Award as the 2018 law firm for restructuring operations. Among the motivations of the Jury, reference is made to two major operations between France and Italy. The first is the one related to the transactional agreement concluded with one of the leading French companies in the construction sector, for the collective procedure of Groupe SALP. The second is the sale of the French company SAIRA SEATS of the TOSONI Group. This operation - innovative, if not unpublished, in the framework of Franco-Italian cross-border procedures, required coordination and harmonization between the Italian extraordinary administration procedure and the French safeguard procedure.

The Le Fonti Award 2018 is in addition to the three consecutive prizes conferred by Le Fonti to CastaldiPartners for France Italy relationships, proving CastaldiPartners' ability to renew itself and continue to develop since more than twenty years, confirming to be a point of reference for companies on the France Italy axis.
