Gaspare Dori at Université Paris X for a new M&A course

Gaspare Dori, Founding Partner of CastaldiPartners, has inaugurated a new postgraduate course as part of the Master 2 APDA program at the Université Paris X - La Défense (Nanterre). The course, entitled Strategy and Technique of Acquisitions - A Collaborative Law Approach, is innovative both in terms of the topic covered (M&A) and the practical case-based approach.

The course has an international scope, is based on the principle of law as an instrument of economic collaboration and focuses on strategic and programmatic aspects of acquisitions, such as their structure, value maximization, risk mitigation and stakeholders' motivation.

 After his lectures in Rome and Naples in 2024, Gaspare Dori continues his outreach in international M&A, an area in which he counts more than twenty-five years experience.
