Ivan Callari and Monica Moretti join CastaldiPartners

The growth path of CastaldiPartners continues with the entry of two lawyers, Ivan Callari and Monica Moretti.

Ivan Callari, a member of the Grenoble and Milan Bars, has joined the Labour group of CastaldiPartners and works from the Lyon office. Specialised in labour and social security litigation, Ivan Callari also assists companies upstream of litigation, thanks to his training in strategic human resources management and his experience in trade union relations. From 2005 to 2012, he was legal advisor to the Union Industrielle (UDIMEC) in Grenoble, where he set up a specific unit to assist in international mobility law.

Monica Moretti, a member of the Milan Bar Association, is a member of the Construction team of CastaldiPartners. Previously, she practised in a law firm specialised in corporate law and business crisis and, later on, she took on the role of Counsel in one of Italy's largest companies in the sector of foundations, special underground works and microtunnels, dealing with tenders, contracts and litigation.
