Julien Fouret, Counsel in the International Arbitration Group of Castaldi Mourre & Partners, participated in two panels during the 43rd Annual Conference of the Canadian Council on International Law (13-15.11.2014) the first dealt with  « International Dispute Settlement Mechanisms and Sovereign Debt: tools, means and challenges » and the second “Renewable Energy from Ontario to Spain and Beyond: Legal (in)Stability, Local Content Requirements, Subsidies and Other Challenges to Investment and Trade Law”.
