Marco Bianchi and Steven Sprague of Castaldi Mourre & Partners with Euroconference for the internationalization of Italian companies

Marco Bianchi coordinated a Master’s course dedicated to international contracts organized by Euroconference. The course was held in Bologna and was attended by private practice lawyers and in-house counsel. Marco Bianchi and Steven Sprague (together with others) spoke on the internationalization of Italian enterprises, drafting techniques of international contracts (Common Law v. Civil Law), international / intercultural negotiation and the main types of distribution contracts (Long Term Supply Agreements, Distribution Agreements, Transfer of Technology Agreement and Joint Venture Agreements).
