Valentine Chessa and Sara Migliorini – Publication on arbitration and competition in the Bocconi Legal Papers

Valentine Chessa and Sara Migliorini have published an article on “Arbitration and competition law: boundaries and prospects of their coexistence’ in the June issue of the Bocconi Legal Papers. The article analyses the evolution of the interaction between arbitration and competition law and the notion of ‘public policy’ in several jurisdictions and pursuant to European law generally. Additionally, the authors give insights into arbitration proceedings in merger control cases.
