CastaldiPartners assisted Methis Lab, an insurance broker based in Milan specialized in products relating to salary-backed loans, in the context of the acquiistion of Methis Lab by Aon, a company active in the field of insurance and reinsurance intermediation and risk management consultancy.

As part of this transaction, CastaldiPartners assisted the seller with a team led by Steven Sprague and composed of Alessandra Esposito Franciosi.
