CastaldiPartners hosted the first event organized by the International Section of AIGI – Associazione Italiana Giuristi d’Impresa, dedicated to the Private Equity and Venture Capital markets in Italy and France. The event fully reflected the firm’s Franco-Italian identity and its longstanding presence on both sides of the Alps.

The event provided an opportunity for professionals from both countries to exchange views on key market developments, opportunities for international collaboration, and the value of sharing expertise among companies, investors and in-house counsel.

The discussion was moderated by Gaspare Dori, partner at CastaldiPartners, together with Alice Flacco, General Counsel at Microport, and featured contributions from Edoardo Fracchia of Lauxera, Francesco Orsi, who has 16 years of experience at Eurazeo, Roberta Chicone of Muviq, and Riccardo Gotti Tedeschi of CastaldiPartners.
