CastaldiPartners advises Viseo on its entry into the Italian market

CastaldiPartners advised VISEO, a French company active in digital consulting and business transformation, with a particular focus on the transformation of finance functions, throughout all stages of the acquisition of the entire share capital of AKC | A VISEO Group Company.
