CastaldiPartners in the sale of control of Seatram Logistics Group to LVO group

CastaldiPartners advised Seatram Logistics Group on the sale of a majority stake to Léon Vincent Overseas (LVO).

Founded in Genoa 40 years ago by the Bruzzo family, Seatram operates in the logistics and international freight forwarding sector, with an established presence in Switzerland, Australia, South Africa and Canada. The transaction marks a generational transition for the company and represents a strategic step in LVO’s international development.

The CastaldiPartners team was led by Gaspare Dori and was composed of Riccardo Gotti Tedeschi, Dominique Colella, Carola Dalla Riva, Alessandra Esposito Franciosi and Ethan Eff.
