FISIA ITALIMPIANTI (WEBUILD) wins case with CastaldiPartners before the Court of Genoa

Andrea Campilungo, partner and co-head of Dispute Litigation at CastaldiPartners, successfully represented FISIA ITALIMPIANTI, a member of the Italian group WEBUILD, in litigation before the Court of Genoa.
The case concerned the performance of a subcontract, in the context of the refurbishment of a waste-to-energy plant.
