Gaspare Dori and Bruno Dondero at the corporate governance of listed companies’ conference

Gaspare Dori and Bruno Dondero spoke at the conference organized in Paris by Thomson Reuters and the Sorbonne - Paris I University - regarding the corporate governance of listed companies. Professor Dondero gave an historical overview of the French Code of Conduct and Gaspare Dori explained the recent developments of the Italian Code of Conduct.
