CastaldiPartners with Club Med Italia

Gaspare Dori and Federica Iorio of CastaldiPartners, together with Andrea Gemma of Gemma & Partners and Angelo Clarizia of law firm Clarizia, have successfully assisted Club Med Italia in a legal proceeding before the Court of Livorno concerning a dispute initiated by the company Carducci Sviluppo, which claimed damages and interest related to the purchase of the former village of Donoratico Club Méditerranée, successively transferred by Carducci Sviluppo to third parties.
